Why there is no postal address here. Netscope is currently a free beta operated by a natural person, with no company, no revenue and no commercial offer. Article 6-III-2 of the LCEN allows a non-professional publisher in that position to publish the host's identity in place of their own address, which is what this page does. The host is named in full below. When Netscope becomes a commercial activity, this notice will carry the publisher's full identity and address as article 6-III-1 requires.

Intellectual property
The Netscope platform, its source code, its interface, its documentation and its visual identity are protected works. No licence to use, copy, modify or redistribute any of it is granted by the fact that it is visible, published, or shown to a jury. Third-party components remain under their own licences, which this notice does not alter.
Data you create in Netscope, your projects, your topology, your scan results, remains yours. See the Terms of Service and the Data Processing Agreement.

How we handle personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy, and what we store on your device in the Cookie Policy. Requests about your data go to privacy@netscope.fr.
