Privacy Policy

Netscope collects the minimum personal data required to provide the service:

  • Account information: name, email address, encrypted password hash
  • Network topology data discovered by the agent running on your infrastructure
  • Usage data to operate and improve the service (API request logs, error logs)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Network topology data is stored encrypted on infrastructure located in France (OVH Cloud, Paris datacenter).

Device descriptions within your topology maps are encrypted at rest using AES-256. Only you and members of your organization can access your topology data.
